Palak Paneer Recipe


Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes 

Ingredients 


1 bunch of palak
1 medium sized Onion
3 medium sized Tomatoes
1/2 tea spoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 tea spoon Haldi powder
1/2 tea spoon Coriander powder
1/2 tea spoon Garam Masala
1/2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
200 gms of paneer
Salt as per taste


How to Prepare 


1. Cut the Palak into small pieces boil it in the pressure cooker cool it and grind it in the mixer.

2. Remove it and then put the above ingredients in the mixer and grind them too with little water.


3. Now take a pan and put two to three tablespoon of oil heat it and add the mixture of the spices and let it cook for 5 minutes then add the mixture of the grinned palak and let it cook for 5 to 8 mins.


4. Now cut the paneer into small pieces.

5. Add them in the mixture by adding little water and leave it to cook for another 8 to 10 mins with the lid covered and finally your palak paneer is ready and you can enjoy it with hot chappatis.
